Return & Adjustment Policy

Tailoring (Kandura, Thobe & custom garments)

• Every tailored garment comes with free adjustments for 15 days from delivery — your first adjustment is completely free.
• Because each piece is made to your measurements, tailored garments cannot be returned for a refund, but we will keep adjusting the fit until you are happy within the 15-day window.

Products (accessories, perfumes, gift boxes)

• Unused products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Returned items are inspected — if the item has been used, worn, or damaged, it is not eligible for a refund.
• Once we receive and check the returned item, your refund is issued within 5 days.
