2) Definitions

Products: ready-to-wear items, accessories, perfumes, and gift packs.

Tailoring Services: custom, made-to-measure, or alteration services (e.g., Kandoras, suits).

Order: your purchase request placed via website/app or in-store.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent to place an order or create an account.
4) Account & Security
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraud.
5) Product Information & Colors
We aim for accurate descriptions. Minor variations in color/texture may occur due to screen settings and natural fabric differences. Size charts and measurement guides are provided for convenience.
6) Measurements, Fittings & Alterations

For custom/made-to-measure items, accuracy of provided measurements is crucial.

If we take measurements in-store, we warrant workmanship to those measurements.

One round of minor alterations is typically included within 7 days of pickup/delivery (same garment, unworn/unused), unless stated otherwise.

Body-fit changes after delivery are not a defect.

Please follow care instructions (e.g., dry clean recommended for most tailored items).
7) Order Acceptance & Availability
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).
8) Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Prices are shown in AED (UAE Dirham) and are VAT-inclusive, unless stated otherwise.

Promotions, coupons, and bundle offers are time-limited and subject to conditions.

For international orders (if offered), duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
9) Payment
We accept available payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, cash on delivery in UAE, or approved installment providers where available).
We do not store full card details; payments are processed via secure third-party providers.
10) Production & Delivery Timelines

Custom tailoring: timelines are provided at order time (typical ranges depend on fabric, season, and workload).

Ready-to-ship items: dispatched according to the shipping option you choose.

Delivery dates are estimates; delays due to courier or customs are outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages on receipt and report damage within 24–48 hours.
11) Click & Collect / In-Store Pickup
We’ll notify you when your order is ready. Please bring ID and the order number. Uncollected orders may be returned to stock or disposed after a reasonable period.
12) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Tailored / Made-to-Measure / Altered items:

Not eligible for return or refund, except for confirmed manufacturing/workmanship defects.

We’ll assess defects and may repair, alter, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Ready-to-wear & Accessories:

Return/exchange within 7 days of delivery/pickup if unused, with tags/packaging.

Perfumes/personal-care items: return only if unopened and sealed (for hygiene reasons).

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we delivered the wrong product.
How to start a return: Email support@abrawkhait.com with order number, item, reason, and photos (if applicable).
This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable UAE consumer laws.
13) Cancellations

You may cancel ready-to-wear orders before dispatch for a full refund.

Custom/tailoring orders may be cancelled before cutting begins; otherwise a fee may apply or cancellation may be refused if work has substantially progressed.
14) Store Credits, Gift Cards & Coupons

Non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, valid until the stated expiry date.

Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced once redeemed.
15) User Content (Reviews, Photos)
If you post reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with our services and marketing, in compliance with applicable laws.
16) Prohibited Use
Do not misuse the website/app (e.g., hacking, scraping, automated bots, posting illegal or infringing content, abusing promotions, or attempting fraud).
17) Intellectual Property
All site/app content (logos, graphics, designs, text, photos) is owned by or licensed to ABRA W KHAIT. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit without our prior written consent.
18) Third-Party Services & Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites, payment providers, or shipping partners. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
19) Warranty & Liability
We provide products and services with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
20) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., supply issues, customs, weather, strikes, government actions).
21) Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for details on how we collect and use data.
22) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
23) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman, UAE.
